Theorem Inc

My contributions and process for delivering on the Theorem redesign ask.

Theorem Inc. is a B2B media solution provider that aligned with Sigma Group in 2013 around the core need of a website redesign. The project was scoped in phases starting in Q2/2013 extending into Q3/2014. Below are my UX contributions to the process of delivering against the client ask as a contract ACD/UX/UI hybrid working with Sigma Group through the first phase of the client ask.

Progress and workflow map

I created the following workflow and progress map to show the project’s origins, key interactions between myself, the client and team, as well as the process that led me to the end UX deliverables we’ll view below.

User Flows

This was created to highlight a specific problem I identified in the user’s journey to downloading a resource that did not align with system design or industry best practices. Below, I offer a solution that still enables Theorem to achieve their goal of capturing leads but reduces the steps needed from 8 to 4.

Sitemaps + IA

As I move into the sitemap and IA computer generated work from the sketching, sorting and whiteboarding phases we see the site structure and hierarchy coming to life but not without recommendations.
