Steve Joseph

Hi. I’m Steve Joseph, a Lead UX Researcher/Designer. I help brands identify users needs through UX research, strategy, design and service design solutions. I’ve created experiences for brands such as Dunkin Donuts, Adidas, Lincoln, BNY Mellon, American Express, J.P. Morgan and countless others across multiple industries.

I’m currently the UX Lead at the New York office of Orion Business Innovations, where I work with other UX designers, engineers, business analysts and project managers to help our existing clients create solutions to solve for their existing and future business challenges. My day to day consists of creating UX deliverables, leading enterprise projects and helping to shape the organizations transition from a development first value proposition to one that helps our clients understand the strategic thinking that informs our work.

When not at work I’m creating output for my Tokyo By Design project, reviewing sneakers, reading, going to UX Meetups, traveling or spending time with friends and family.

I’m originally from the Dutch side of St. Maarten. I studied Graphic Design and New Media at the Miami International University of Art & Design. After a decade plus of design and art direction, I transitioned into the User Experience discipline where I’ve dedicated most of my work efforts over the last 10 years.
